Book Tag

Anyone who knows me knows I am a sucker for anything to do with books, so of course I had to do this awesome tag......

Rules:
1. Get the book that's on your nightstand (or whatever you happen to be reading).2. Open it to page 56 and find the 5th sentence.3. Post the next couple of sentences on your blog, along with these instructions.4. Do not go and find your favorite book; it has to be the one you are reading now!5. Tag five other people to do the same.

Book Title : Sick Girl by: Amy Silverstein

.... "I was sinking under the heaviness of his ski jacket - as if he's stuffed sandbags into the sleeves and was playing a trick on me to see how far I could go without falling over. I was just about to tell him to please take his arm away, but then my will overruled me; I was going to finish this walk with Scott's arm wherever he chose to put it, even if I had to crawl on my knees."

Just for the record this book is amazing and if you haven't already read it, you should. It is the memoir of a woman who was diagnosed with congenitive heart failure at 24 yrs old. I know that sounds ridiculously depressing, but it's actually quite insightfull and funny.

I tag anyone who wants to do this. I know I'm supposed to tag 5 people, but I'm just going to go ahead and break that rule. I know, I'm a rebel.

Sweet! Lets see- I love mystery's so i am reading a Mary Higgins Clark at the moment. . .
"..he may never haven been arrested for a violent crime but could have a juvenile history of being a peeping tom, maybe stealing womens personal items at school. His hobby could be photography." The detectives left, all promising to be on the lookout for any reports of missing women who fit in the category.

Books are the only thing that get me through cardio at the gym! But reading on the eliptical is slightly tough :o)

Hey, sorry I haven't gotten back to you. You guys can come over whenever you want. I haven't been going out much and don't really plan on going out to much in the near future. It's a little hard to get out with 4 kids. Who would have thought. Just let me know what works for you and I will make sure I am here. Talk to you soon.

sounds like a great book....and if I ever read a book for entertainment then I would probably read that one. Maybe when I am done reading textbooks :(
